We discuss how each of us practices mindfulness and some resources you can use. How you can become more comfortable with making mistakes and overcome perfectionism. Some tips on the neuroscience of learning. The power of curiosity. Improve your British and American pronunciation with tongue twisters. And Charlie has invited me on the British English Podcast for an interview, so be sure to check that out. Linked on the show notes in the description of this podcast. And so much more.
